Automatic full refund

If we can't or won't post your feature for any reason, you're refunded in full, automatically, to your original payment method. No need to ask.

Changed your mind?

DM your school's page before your feature is posted and we'll cancel and refund it. Once a feature is live on the page, it's been delivered and isn't refundable, though we're happy to take it down on request.

Something went wrong?

Wrong photos posted, name misspelled, tagged the wrong account? DM the page. We'll fix it or refund you. Refunds usually land back on your card in 5 to 10 business days (that's the banks, not us).
