Who can ask

  • The student in the post.
  • Their parent or guardian, if the student is under 18.
  • Someone else, like a person in one of the photos. Pick “Someone else” and tell us why. We read every request.

What happens next

  1. 01We reply by email in 48 hours or less.
  2. 02If we need to, we ask a question to make sure the post is yours, or your child's.
  3. 03We take the post and its story down from the class page. If you asked, we also erase your details (see below).

Good to know

Taking a post down removes it from our page. It may not remove copies others saved, like screenshots or reposts. Instagram's own reporting tools can help with a copy on someone else's account.

Want your details erased too? Say so in the note. Ask, and we erase the details sent with your post (your name, Instagram username, email, phone number, major, bio, hometown, cover line, song, notes and answers to the optional boxes) and delete your photos and cover from our storage. We keep the payment record (the amount, the page, the order's status and dates, and Stripe's reference numbers) so our books and page managers' pay stay right. Alerts our team already got about your post, with your name, Instagram username and major, aren't erased.

Your photos are deleted from our storage 14 days after your post goes up. Page managers download your photos to post them, and our page-manager code requires them to delete their copies once your post is up. More in our privacy policy.
